Would the right client know to call your firm?
A visitor with a specific problem needs more than a list of practice areas. Help them understand whether your firm is a sensible next call.

01The context
Clarity still matters in AI search
Google says its existing SEO practices apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode, and recommends keeping important information available as text. Special AI markup is not required, and inclusion is not guaranteed.
Our practical takeaway: invest in explaining your work. A vague page gives a prospective client little to judge your firm by.
02For your firm
Give your website team three clear answers
Choose one practice area you want more inquiries about. Then confirm:
Which matters do you take?
For an estate-planning practice, distinguish wills and trusts from contested probate if your firm does not handle both.
Where can you help?
Give the team your actual office locations and geographic scope. Avoid implying an office exists where it does not.
What happens after the inquiry?
Explain who responds and what the first conversation covers. Promise only the response time your team can meet.
HOW AAPTLY CAN HELP
Aaptly can help turn your firm’s answers into clear service pages and an easier path to an inquiry.
