Billing & plans

How Free and paid plans work, when billing begins, and how to switch or cancel.

Aaptly has a plan for every stage, from seeing your visibility for free to running the full growth loop across multiple locations. Manage everything under Plans & billing.

Pricing and what's included can change. Always confirm current pricing on the in-app billing page — the descriptions below are about how each plan is positioned.

Each paid plan can be billed monthly or annually, and annual saves around 20% — toggle between them on the billing page to see the exact prices.

How paid billing starts

The Local Growth Audit and Free plan require no card. When you choose a paid plan:

You pick a plan and enter a card at the end of setup.
You see the exact USD price and monthly or annual billing interval before confirming.
Billing begins when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically until canceled.

Cancel from Plans & billing before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Paid access remains available through the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

Manage your subscription

From Plans & billing you can:

  • Switch plans — upgrades are prorated after Stripe confirms payment; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
  • Change billing interval — switch between monthly and annual.
  • Update your card or cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal (Manage billing).
  • Undo or replace a scheduled change — choose Keep current plan, pick another paid plan, or change the scheduled target to cancellation.

If an upgrade needs card authentication, the billing page shows Complete payment and opens the exact Stripe-hosted invoice. Your current plan stays active until Stripe confirms the payment.

Your subscription state is shown at the top of the page:

StateWhat it means
TrialingA historical trial created before trials were removed; it remains visible until its recorded end date.
ActivePaid and running; shows your renewal date.
Past dueA charge failed. Paid features stay on during a short grace period — fix your card to keep them.
FreeNo paid plan; your audit stays fully visible.
