Real estate SEO services

Be found for the places you know best.

Give buyers and sellers a reason to choose your local expertise. We help turn neighborhood knowledge, seller services and agent information into pages people can find and use.

For local real estate agents, teams and independent brokerages.

What we do

Build on local knowledge that belongs to you.

Your brokerage's service areas, transaction types and expertise determine the plan. We focus the content on the conversations you want to have with buyers and sellers.

01

Separate buyer, seller and relocation intent

We research the searches relevant to your market and review the pages already appearing. A seller needs a different answer from someone browsing properties. We assign a clear purpose to each priority page.

02

Publish useful area guides

We turn your approved local knowledge into guides about housing types, transport, amenities and the questions clients ask. Market figures need a named source and date. Content uses objective information and helps visitors assess an area for themselves.

Distinct, sourced local content
03

Make your professional services easy to understand

Agent biographies and seller-service pages should explain your experience, process and next step. We improve titles, navigation and contact paths, with verified credentials and approved client evidence where available.

Clearer agent, team and service pages
04

Connect local visibility with inquiries

We review eligible Google profile information and business listings alongside your website. With tracking in scope, your team can distinguish buyer, seller and relocation inquiries and record the next action in its existing workflow.

The content takes shape

Give a local guide something worth reading.

A page that repeats a city name adds little. Build around the questions people ask you before they decide to move, visit a property or speak with an agent.

Getting started

We handle the SEO work.
You know the business.

Agree the areas and services you want to target, the content to produce and who keeps it current. If your website uses an IDX or MLS feed, we review the SEO work alongside its existing provider. Listing-feed licensing, migration and integrations are not assumed to be included.

What we need from you

  • Choose the service areas and client needs you want to prioritize.
  • Provide local expertise, verified credentials and approved stories.
  • Approve business content and grant the required account access.

Aaptly handles technical setup, configuration and checks within your agreed scope.

What you can review

Follow the searches through to inquiries.

Measure relevant local searches, visits to area and service pages, and inquiries by buyer or seller intent. Your team records consultations, clients and completed transactions. Property browsing alone is not a qualified lead.

Before you choose

A few practical questions.

Can a local agent compete with property portals?

The plan should reflect what each searcher needs. Large portals often serve property-browsing queries. Your own expertise can support agent-selection, seller-service and practical area content. We inspect the actual search results before choosing which pages to build.

Do you provide IDX or an MLS website?

This service covers SEO and agreed website content. We can assess the contact and navigation experience around an existing listing system, but do not assume a new feed, license or provider integration is included.

Will you make a page for every nearby town?

We start with the areas you genuinely serve and have useful information about. Each page needs a distinct purpose and substance. A small number of helpful, maintained area guides is a better starting point than a list of interchangeable town pages.

What is included in the fee?

Your service order defines the areas, page work, profile work and reporting included. Aaptly's pricing page provides the starting options. Advertising spend and any listing-system work are separately agreed.
